Founded by Christopher Allen a 1984 graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana - Champaign with degrees in Sociology and Political Science. As a Black man with 30 years experience as a senior executive directing a multinational corporation based in Atlanta, Georgia Mr. Allen has experienced and continues to live the Black experience in both the boardroom and in the streets.
